Movie Yoga Events

"Sure, watching a movie is fun, play, chillin’, relaxation, being off the clock, passing some time, escaping, disappearing, fantasizing, whatever. But we would pretty much never think that going to the movies could actually be therapeutic, might actually be a powerful tool for transformation. Except it is, or can be, if we know how to do it. That’s what this is all about. We could even call it ‘Couch Potato Therapy."
